Set Calendar Business Days
in progress

To give more control over how many days out people can book, be able to identify "days" as business days instead of calendar days.
Example: If I want to limit my calendar to only 2 days out (to optimize appointments and minimize no-shows), but my availability is Monday through Friday, people go to book on Friday won't see any days available beyond Friday (because the other 2 days are Saturday and Sunday - of which I'm not available). So, to get around this, we have to set the availability to 5 days. That means, if someone goes to book on Monday, they'll be able to book all the way until Friday - which is too far out and increases no-shows.

Calendar should skip days not checked as available and show next available days for "date range"
Z
Zach Pevnick
There should be a feature so that it will allow the next ___ available days when filling out the date range. For example I want people to be able to book the next two days I have availability. I have availability M-F. So on friday it is showing no times to be booked because it is only looking at saturday and sunday even though I say those aren't available. On friday it should show monday and tuesday in this example.

Calendar availability based on actual available days
R
ReGrow Admin
Current Problem:
The "Date Range" setting under Calendar Availability counts ALL future days, including those marked as unavailable. This forces daily manual adjustments to maintain an optimal booking window, especially problematic when managing multiple Global calendars.
Example Scenario:
Date Range set to 4 days (today + 3 future days)
Saturday & Sunday marked unavailable
Same-day booking disabled
What Happens:
Mon-Tue: Works correctly (3 available days visible)
Wednesday: Only 2 days visible (Sat is counted but unavailable)
Thursday: Only 1 day visible (Sat & Sun counted but unavailable)
If Friday books up: No availability shown at all on Thursday
Proposed Solution:
Exclude unavailable days from the Date Range count. Let available days "roll over" past unavailable dates.
Using the example above, Thursday would show Friday, Monday, and Tuesday as bookable options (skipping Sat/Sun).
Business Impact:
Shorter booking windows significantly improve show rates and revenue. The current system undermines this proven marketing principle and requires excessive daily maintenance to optimize. This enhancement would automate what currently requires manual intervention across multiple calendars daily.

Calendar Date Range should exclude Weekend/Unavailable days!

Its a bug, platform like Calendly providing the feature of excluding weekend, then in GHL not supporting this!
More details, if I set date range 2, then on Fri, I will see available slots on Monday, as my weekend, unavailable days are Sat, Sun. But current system dont show this way. It include weekend, unavailable days as part of date range

Dynamic calendar date range

Having the option to change the calendars date range to "Next Available Date Range"I.e. if the date range is currently set to 3 days, and only two appointments a day, Someone booking on a Thursday, and the user had marked weekends as unavailable, they will only see Fridays availability. If there was a "Next Available" date range, it would show Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. OR if the user had all their appointments booked on Tuesday, it would show, Friday, Monday, Wednesday

Book "weekdays" only

When selecting numbers of days client can book into future, there should be option to make it exclude weekends. So if it's set to 3 days and I'm booking on Friday, the calendar shows availability on Monday and Tuesday.

Ability to set date range for calendar as "X Weekdays" instead of just X Days
A

Right now in our calendar when we set the "Date Range" for the amount of days into the future a person can schedule, we are limited to simply number of days.
The issue with this is if we want someone to only be able to schedule 3 days out, when they open the calendar on Friday, there might no openings because we're closed on weekends.
If we could instead set the date range to 3 WEEKDAYS, it would display openings for Monday and Tuesday.
This would be extremely useful for people who want to set limited date ranges for scheduling, having the ability to control if we want "days" or "weekdays" is a built-in feature in Calendly. It would be awesome to have it in HighLevel.

Changing the date range function to only apply to defined available days

Currently if a user sets their available days for appointments in their calendar to weekdays only, if they want their available date range for their future availability to be, say three days, on Thursday their only available day displayed will be Friday, whereas they would prefer their available days to be displayed as Friday, Monday and Tuesday. (Setting their availability to a 5 day range wouldn't work for them earlier in the week, since on Monday they don't want leads booking appointments five days out). Thanks!

Date Range Business Days Only Option
P
Paul Johnson
For calendars date range, be able to set the ability to have it use whatever days we choose (business days only is the best example). So I can set that I want to only set appointments 3 days out... but if it's Friday, the days available would show Friday (today), Monday and Tuesday. If it were Monday, the days available would be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

This is so poorly designed as it currently set up. Should have been changed years ago, my clients question this in almost every training session.
