To give more control over how many days out people can book, be able to identify "days" as business days instead of calendar days.
Example: If I want to limit my calendar to only 2 days out (to optimize appointments and minimize no-shows), but my availability is Monday through Friday, people go to book on Friday won't see any days available beyond Friday (because the other 2 days are Saturday and Sunday - of which I'm not available). So, to get around this, we have to set the availability to 5 days. That means, if someone goes to book on Monday, they'll be able to book all the way until Friday - which is too far out and increases no-shows.

Hi GHL team and rest of the people in this thread. This released feature is not working as intended or even as per how its documented. When the date range is set to 3 available days and the minimum scheduling notice removes all slots from the current day, GHL still counts that unusable day. The widget therefore shows only 2 bookable days instead of 3 - the exact problem this feature was designed to prevent (the documentation is right- but the feature is not properly working and the dev team seem to just tell me sorry now its a feature request - when its clearly a bug with how it was implemented)
I have spent weeks and several hours trying to report this through support, but I keep being told to submit another feature request. This is not a new idea - it is a bug in the feature already released. I am going round in circles and its been a huge time waste.
Could a product specialist please contact me and properly review the issue, support ticket and Loom recording?

Mayank Jain Hi MongersMint LLP and Swadha Bhoj- unfortuantely- this is not working.
It is friday today here -10am. Today cannot be booked as i have 9 hours set as minimum booking tiem (im avaialbe 10am-4pm each weekday.
I have set as BOOKING DAYS 3 - and the toggle on.
I can only see MONDAY and TUES as avaialbe booking days - i 'should' be able to see WED as well? (its set to 3 days)
The implmentation does not work unfoarutntly.
The strange thing was - yesterday at this time - (thurs) it worked and showed Friday, Monday, Tues. But as soon as friday hit (when i checkd this morning) - it didnt also show wednesday?
I think something is up here - it should show 3 days with booking slots no matter what.
Eg: if over the weekend - monday books out - it would then show TUES/WED/THURS - so there is ALWASY 3 days of bookings showing.
Can someone check this?

Hi Mayank and Swadha,
Unfortunately, this still does not appear to be working according to the documented minimum scheduling notice logic.
My setup is:
Availability: Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm
Minimum scheduling notice: 9 hours
Date range: 3 booking days
Count available days only: Enabled
It is currently Friday at 10am. The 9-hour minimum notice ends at 7pm, which is after today's availability has finished.
According to the documentation, the notice should be applied first and the system should then count three available days beginning with the first available day after the notice ends.
I should therefore see Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. However, I can only see Monday and Tuesday.
Interestingly, when I checked at the same time on Thursday, it correctly showed Friday, Monday and Tuesday. When Friday arrived, the window did not roll forward to include Wednesday.
It appears Friday may still be consuming one of the three booking days even though the minimum notice leaves no bookable slots that day.
Can you please test this specific interaction between an hourly minimum scheduling notice and the end of the day's availability?

There should be a feature so that it will allow the next ___ available days when filling out the date range. For example I want people to be able to book the next two days I have availability. I have availability M-F. So on friday it is showing no times to be booked because it is only looking at saturday and sunday even though I say those aren't available. On friday it should show monday and tuesday in this example.

Current Problem:
The "Date Range" setting under Calendar Availability counts ALL future days, including those marked as unavailable. This forces daily manual adjustments to maintain an optimal booking window, especially problematic when managing multiple Global calendars.
Example Scenario:
Date Range set to 4 days (today + 3 future days)
Saturday & Sunday marked unavailable
Same-day booking disabled
What Happens:
Mon-Tue: Works correctly (3 available days visible)
Wednesday: Only 2 days visible (Sat is counted but unavailable)
Thursday: Only 1 day visible (Sat & Sun counted but unavailable)
If Friday books up: No availability shown at all on Thursday
Proposed Solution:
Exclude unavailable days from the Date Range count. Let available days "roll over" past unavailable dates.
Using the example above, Thursday would show Friday, Monday, and Tuesday as bookable options (skipping Sat/Sun).
Business Impact:
Shorter booking windows significantly improve show rates and revenue. The current system undermines this proven marketing principle and requires excessive daily maintenance to optimize. This enhancement would automate what currently requires manual intervention across multiple calendars daily.
