The issue is that we are unable to make recurring appointments at the customer level. Each calendar has to be configured for a fixed number of recurring meetings resulting in having to have a calendar for each number. Many businesses such as Chiropractor, personal trainers, etc schedule appointments recurring based on the client. Acuity does a great job in this - see Loom above. We have clients requesting for this . Thanks.

It is crazy that you can't even manually create a recurring appointment in a 'service calendar' in the dashboard. I'm working with a Counseling business at the moment and most of their clients have regular recurring appointments. Even if you can't have clients create recurring bookings on the front end you should definitely be able to do it in the dashboard, at the very least. This is basic calendar functionality!

It would be really good - I have a dog grooming client and the new service calendar is sooo good but we need recurring! :)

GHL promised a decent recurring calandar system well over two years ago when I signed up for GHL. I've been told next quater again and again including by Shaun Clark himself a year ago in the Facebook group, but still no fixes. Here's my post in their Facebook group from over two years ago https://www.facebook.com/groups/gohighlevel/posts/1649284152197780/ Other posts and comments from various angry, but honest customers about this have been deleted out. The lack of an obvious feature and repeatedly pushed back release dates has cost many of us a lot. In my case this also means we still have to pay for our old CRM In addtion to GHL just so we can book recurring appointments. Shaun, when can we expect this to actually be released?
PS I apologise for saying it bluntly publically, especially when aside from the issue GHL is so amazing, but I'm at a loss as to what else to do what support won't help.

Yes! We have music teachers with regular recurring appointments for their students. They have to have a separate platform to keep their students timetable. GHL is perfectly set up to send out the reminders but lacks recurring appointments at the customer level. In addition, it would be great to have an automatic charge automation if a student was to cancel their appointment within a certain timeframe, eg 72 hours.

Agreed! This would be an amazing feature. Our organization actually does training courses where a group will meet for about 5 weeks in a row, or sometimes several days in a row. If we could have this ability to set up an event recurrence someone can 'register' for in the appointment section it would be incredible! As such, we are doing a bunch of workarounds in GHL. We'd LOVE to use the calendar and appointment booker, as there is so much functionality around it, including the payments and tying forms to it. Great thought! Appreciate you adding the recording.
