Very similar to how they did the reminder settings in the invoices section. You can add as many reminders as you want and set it to use email/sms and customize the templates if you wish. You set the frequency for each reminder. Only thing is we would want something that allows to select the reminder to go to assigned user, contact(s) or both.

This will give a great UX experience as customers can easily find the settings for the calendars rather then trying to go through workflows to adjust existing or add new calendar reminders.

This would be an excellent feature to allow for an even easier set of calendar events.

Yes! For SaaS this would also allow the Calendar feature and Automations to be on different plans without the Calendar not having automations associated with it. This would be an important one for us and all our customers. Also makes sense if you look at other calendar/scheduling services where this is always build in in the calendar set up. Glad to see this is under review!

Yes please! I have such an issue with the reminders using the workflows because sometimes my clients book multiple appointments/classes at a time and it only puts them into the workflow once. Just default reminders with the ability to modify it in the calendar itself without a workflow
