My client brought up a great point the other day where she mentioned she wanted to be able to visually see what times are blocked off for her own calendar and for her employees separate calendars (based on each profiles set availability) which visually allows them to communicate with each other what times they have available and easily talk to clients by taking a quick look at the calendar.
