I am super excited that you guys have this scheduled already! My hubs is a personal trainer and I am wanting to move his clients over, but they all need to be placed on the calendar as recurring appointments. Otherwise they will have to book each and every appt and some train with him 5 days a week. So I cannot wait until you guys roll this out! Keep up the good work!

If a recurring appointment would also work for workshops and give us an event for the wait command in automation - this would be great!

Can someone at GHL answer this!? It's the 1st of June, which means you have 30 days to roll out this promised update! Promises around this have been broken before, so I'm sure you can appreciate why I (and many others desperare for this) are worried! Please confirm when in the next 30 DAYS this will be released!

I desperately need this for my clients and to grow my business - IN FACT, I really need a real CRM - or I have to find another solution ... I have been waiting 2 years ... since June 2022, so tell me when you are going to do it or cut me loose. I need Recurring Appointments, Recurring Appointment Reminders that can be texted to those that have an appointment and it would be super amazing if like Teams, I could book the appointment and it would search for availability of the person or persons (human resource(s), location(s), recurring setting (1 time, monthly, weekly, etc.), 2 way with Google and Outlook ... NOW I DO A 2 WAY SYNC WITH GOOGLE, THE BOOKING SHOWS IN THE HL CALENDAR BUT SOMEHOW DOES NOT COUNT AS A REAL APPOINTMENT BECAUSE IT IS NOT ADDED TO WORKFLOWS OR THE CALENDAR APPOINTMENTS VIEW?

Anna Ashmore: Agreed! I've had GHL break promise re this for the last 3 months. Now I'm heating people says it's been promised for 3 years! Ridiculous that Google Calendar or any other basic and FREE calendar system can do this but GHL can't!

Scott Hunt: Amen!

WE ALSO need to be able to invite an unlimited number of people to a specific calendar event, and to BCC the invites!!!!! We have a monthly mentor session every 1st Wed of the month.
We want to BCC send an invite to unlimited people.
The invite will contain a GHL signup form.
Then have AUTOMATIONS remind them all a week before, days before, hours before and minutes before the event (Email and texts)
....based on the event day and time.
We'd also LOVE the person to be able to save the event to THEIR calendar with the zoom link as a recurring event too!

We also need recurring appts for our monthly mentor sessions! Our sessions are always on the same 1st Wednesday of every month, 6pm AZ time. We want to use this as a trigger for an automation! The trigger can be set to send an email out as soon as someone signs up for the mentor session through our GHL form, but then we need an automation to send them email and text reminders days before, and hours before, then 10 mins before each mentor session every month! (Based on the time/date)
THEN, to use that Date/time to send out an email and text the day after the session asking for a Google Review! Five stars of course!!!!!

We need this too!!!! We serve the aesthetics and medspa industry and they often set patients and clients up on recurring monthly appointments for treatments! If they can't, everyone loses:*(
