Add Tasks to Calendar
R
Ralph Carrasco
On Calendar, add "Tasks" as option instead of just appointments, to be used in similar manner as Google Tasks. This will give users an opportunity to schedule tasking for future dates to follow up on something. Currently, tasks are only on the tasks dashboard and within contact portion. If another solution and or option has been created to work around this topic, please let me know. Thank You.

This is such an essential user convenience that I am baffled it is not already part of the system, to see that it is still sitting here almost 3 years after the initial note seems to me that either sombody is not paying attention, or is not getting how much of a time waster it is to having move between screens and to see and know what is going on...

Any update on this?

I think spinning Tasks out as an independent module is a great idea (a small project manager inside GHL). I'd love the ability to add tasks to calendars so that Appointment availability takes into account a users assigned tasks. Combine tasks, calendars, and any other date based features so that a user's availability is accurately tracked.

We are planning to spin out Tasks as an independent module and what would be helpful there is for us to create a 'Calendar View' of sorts, so users can see their tasks and the respective due dates. Further, we could also give you the ability to do a 2-way sync with 3rd party calendars.
Is there anything in particular you were looking to accomplish with your ask that we need to also incorporate?

I created a similar request... we should combine these into one. Please vote for mine and leave a comment. I am doing the same with the others. Then we can create one and all vote for it. https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/scheduling-calendar/p/tasks-added-to-linked-calendar

Definitely useful! For example "sure, I will call you next week Tuesday afternoon" ... or "send proposal" ....
