Below are some examples of how to Gamify the membership area these are just a few examples and there is allot more. However the eLearning industry is shifting this direction because they are finding that having these in place their students have a higher retention rate, higher percentage of people finishing the course and a huge drop in customers asking for refundsWould love to have the ability to have features that collects points for a leader board when my customers is done with a daily task, video, modules, homework ect..It should have a progression bar to show here they are at in the trainings and a count down to when they should finish the course. It should have something when its done make applause and cha-ching noise plus some type of animation screed. It should have a feature set that communicates to them if they fall be hind or if they are close to accomplishing something.good example of this is https://xperiencify.com/

Gamification

Adding gamification to the courses would be awesome to inspire people to complete the course.

As currently conceived, gamification rewards community participation only.
I would like to require more points for each level, maybe as much as 5x more points required per level! But reward more behaviors.
Some courses are worth 0 points, but others might be 1, 2, or even 3 points (if they are the foundation for that particular community).
I would also like to reward a login once per week or month just to encourage people to access the community. But we wouldn't want to give credits for logging out and back in repeatedly on the same day.
Rewarding participation in the live events has obvious benefits since we want people to log in.
And, rewarding clicks on the notification email buttons and replying to notification emails has utility for the community owner by increasing email anti-spam filters.

It will be a game changer to add the ability to attach sounds, videos, and pop-ups when a trigger on custom activities is completed, like in Xperencifiy.

Samuel Robinson just had a look at xperiencify, can I ask why you left? Looks like it solves alot of the the engagement issues most of these platforms face

- Admin &/o Moderator should have ability to move a post from a public channel to a private channel (or hidden channel when we get that third tier).
- There should be a middle member tier (moderator) who can manage conversations and member status (restrict &/o ban) but not change group settings.
- The Admin should be able to hide the Chat and Invite Members buttons and also hide the member list from regular Contributors.
As an engagement community the current state is a good bicycle (on the skateboard > bicycle > motorcycle > subcompact car > sedan > sports sedan continuum). As a client portal it is too public!
