I cannot believe that this is not working. This is basic functionality.

We need the ability from the app to take a picture of a client or business and make the profile pic of the contact or business. You can't even add a picture after the contact or business has been created. When on the contact page why can't we change the profile image or see it on the contact/company tab?,

please include a section in conversations like whatsapp where we can click to select a file from the media storage

We just uploaded 33GB of course material to the Media Library only to realize we can't choose videos from the ML within Memberships! What an oversight, guys! Please fix asap.

This has been "Planned" for almost a year now.

I have to upload GBs of videos to course lessons (Products) manually, this is very tedious and frustrating.

Expected: Being able to use the Media Library INCLUDING THE API to upload videos to use for courses.

Like it was said here, the Media Library should be fully accessible across all features in the platform. Images and videos are already used in websites, funnels, social media, emails, ads, membership sites, communities, SMS/MMS campaigns, forms, surveys, landing pages, pop-ups, workflows, automations, appointment reminders, CRM contact profiles, reputation management, invoices, proposals, and e-commerce, etc —but there’s no seamless way to pull media directly from the library in all these places.

Can we make the Media Library available everywhere so users can easily select and insert their images/videos without re-uploading or using workarounds? This would massively improve workflow efficiency and content management.

PLEASE! simply put, the media picker should be available anywhere across GHL where an image is being selected. If there's an upload option, the Media Picker should be right there alongside it!
