With the introduction of Voice AI and the need to create multiple agents in order to create a solution for a client AND each agent needs to have its own phone number this is CRITICAL. I don't want to penalize my client because I had to purchase 10 new numbers in order to build out a Voice AI solution. ALSO phone numbers create "stickability" so why wouldn't I give them away at cost and rather make my money on usage?

Tony Juays are the phone numbers more expensive when you slide the per text per min charges up? I didn't know that and though the phone numbers were at cost. Support told me that as well. Woops i didn't even notice. It would definitely be nice to adjust them separately and have control over the numbers and the usage charges separately

Kevin Scott This is primarily with regards to the SaaS Configuration and the Re-billing opportunities you have. So yes, you can re-bill LC Phone with a Markup which is primarily for Texting and Calls but also includes Phone Numbers within the same re-billing markup, which I would like changed. Hope that answers your question?
