Power Dialer - Redial option

Being able to "redial" or "double tap," leads when you call them, (call back to back right away) increases connection rate and is a very effective sales strategy.
Currently there is no way to do this because if you pause the power dialer and attempt to manually call a lead for a second time it will stop the power dialer sequences. Please give us the ability to call a lead through the power dialer, then pause before it goes to the next lead and then manually call the lead again.
This can be easily added to the dialog box that appears after each manual call. While we're at it, putting a "DND" button here would be helpful, for those times when we call someone and they ask to be removed from the list. Then we could quickly DND them and move on without breaking the workflow.

Ability to call smart lists with the power dialer. This way if there is not an automation built to add people to the power dialer or "manual actions". They can easily create a new smart list based on whatever filter they want to do and can instantly power dial that list. This would actually really get rid of the need for manual action lists, which is really buggy and not that good. This way if they want to upload lists to power dial and just call now they can create call lists and really utilize a outbound phone system.

Please revamp the entire dialer - Look at Mojo, call rail, phone burner, kixie, readymode. Can't really use this system to make calls out of, very slow, very clunky. Its a great crm as of now with a lackluster call functionality. So many businesses could utilize this as an actual phone system, I would no longer need to pay for Mojo, phoneburner, ready mode anymore. Those systems add up a ton in cost especially since they are pay per user. Literally doing this you could resell a per user just for the phone implementation in a crm. CRM almost being a bonus and just blow away salesforce, active campaign etc.

Also with the new conversations UI coming soon since its been teased for so long having a updated conversations UI, new dialer UI/UX and new power dialer would be like a triple threat for all sales teams.

This is probably a bigger ask of actual Agency clients vs. agencies that have access to the ideas platform to begin with so even seeing this with 289 upvotes is more impressive then some features that are very Agency focused.

Ronak Jindal The smartlists request would be huge as I just created a ticket since my sales guys don’t have access to workflows so any filtering of “manual actions” for specific call criteria is not available - like if I want to make a manual action for new leads, then one for follow ups. These conversations are quite a bit different. As of now they can only call through all of the contacts who have a “manual action” so it makes it difficult. By doing smartlists they can now have better conversations. Let me know if I can hop on a call I really want to help push the needle on this. Most agencies won’t care if they just do email marketing/social media marketing/bots/workflows etc.
Users also don’t have access to put the contacts into the workflow so when they run out admin have to re-upload. Vs a smart list they can always dial down the list.
