Would love to have a power dialer where we can just call directly from smartlists. This way we do not have to create a workflow for a "Manual Action" that users are not able to access. Especially since many people using power dialers have teams, users, sales reps, ISA's etc that do not have access to workflows. They also more than likely do not have the ability to put contacts into workflows and this is locked for them. Thus making "manual actions" kind of useless for the user as they have to wait for admin to do it.

By making the dialer directly baked into smartlists now users can create any smartlist they want via the filters and call directly from that now.

Another reason manual actions does not work when users have assigned data only and no workflow access, even if we create multiple workflows to separate or filter leads for those users well they cant actually access them. (see attached photo) the workflows area is gone where they could select. You then have to give those users workflow access to allow them to even see the potential filtering, which for obvious reasons does not work.

The first photo shows users can only access if its them or not (my user is admin) but no access to workflows so it doesnt show the potential list filtering options.

The other users who aren't admin are just selected and don't have the ability to change or see workflows. Which not changing users is good, we want it only to be them however we do not want to give them workflow access but need some way to be able to filter leads for them to call different lists.

Which is why it would be best to get rid of "manual actions" and just put a native power dialer directly onto smartlists like WAVV has done where you can call any smartlist you make. They actually allow triple line but just having a single line power dialer with this functionality would be massive.
