We need to get phone numbers sorted for Ireland ASAP. I've been with GHL now for 2.5 years playing the waiting game and relying on Twilio does not cut it I'm afraid.

I know the development team is probably busy doing a bunch of other stuff. But if you guys get the time can you add phone numbers for SMS and calling for other countries as well? For example, a lot of middle eastern countries don't have a way to use the SMS/Call feature.

Ireland coverage has been a pain point forever. Are you mainly needing this for SMS or voice calls? We've had to get creative with workarounds for EU clients but nothing clean.

2.5 years is rough. We switched to WhatSnap.ai for our Irish clients since it uses real SIM cards and bypasses all the Twilio limitations. No template restrictions on WhatsApp either.

Still no update, 18 months later.
One saving grace might be they just released MCP which is great, we should be able to setup workarounds now...
but... this is a HUGE issue if you are a business in Ireland using Go High Level. Definitely upvote everything on this support page. Second, if you have time, email Twilio support complaining specifically about Ireland mobile numbers needing both sms and phone capabilities. This phone number really is the worst issue using Go High Level in Ireland. I love using it and getting my clients to use go high level, but this takes away a lot of the super powers of GHL. You get no, mobile phone integration with irish number, no text call backs on mobile numbers, no phone call drops (within gdpr). Whatsapp is limited to only sending template 'pre-approved' by whatsapp - so no whatsapp newsletters or customer check-ins. It stops Go High level from living up to its "full end - to end - sales and marketing, all in one, platform" promise. As Joey Swoll would say, do better!C
