 such as the last action, comments, or a custom fields.
Many CRM companies have this feature, and implementing it will significantly enhance our mobile app, specially Twilio doesn't cover all countries.

Aditya Jha once its seamless and allows for me and my clients to use their own number while also using their number on GHL too and works as expected and have SMS capabilities, im all for it...currently a GHL number, and a whatsapp number that connects to GHL (which means i cant use the whatsapp app with it) is messy and complicated, and offers lots of constraints...
