Four sub-accounts got Twilio suspended out of the blue last week, and we are not getting any answers from Support because Twilio just doesn't care. Why are we forced to go with Twilio? Shouldn't we be provided with other options besides Twilio?

My phone number was suspended last Thursday and now it is Tuesday. I have not been able to run my business and shutdown marketing because we cannot receive phone calls. We have reached out to Go High Level 4 times a day , even on the weekend. I work in insurance and my area was hit by two back to back hurricanes in the past month. Now I cannot even take phone calls. I am losing thousands of dollars a day.

I would settle for just being notified that the line has been suspended. Had one suspended last week and didn't receive any notification
