Ability to add LC/Twilio number (with external forwarding number) in the business information, erroneously blocked - stating will cause looping.
Looping will not occur. I have this working successfully on 4 locations:
Location > Business Profile > Business Phone
- same number as -
Location > Phone Numbers > Number Pool > Default Outbound number (with forwarding to personal phone number)
Apparently, validation of the Business Phone was updated, but did not include logic to confirm if forwarded externally. The error message when filling out Business Phone: "You cannot use your inbound number here, it will create a call loop."
This is a issue and needs to be rectified, as stated in ticket #737964.
