Ability to customize IVR waiting music (current one is high pitch is piercing)

While in IVR tree trying waiting for Call Connect, the hold music really hurts my ears. After about 1.5 minutes waiting, it gets to a more techno sound for almost a minute which sounds nicer until all of a sudden it's like twice as loud.
So please provide 3-10 looping sound options to choose from or allow us to upload our own audio file.

Ya! The hold music sucks and makes me not want to use ghl..That is very bad...Get rid of it...says "everyone"
