IVR Music On Hold

Add music on hold to the new IVR feature so when a customer selects an option for a live person they can hear custom, business-branded music and advertising while on hold. The business could upload this just like the voicemail greeting. Bonus points if you can have MULTIPLE music on hold recordings so they change each time someone calls!

It would be awesome to change the hold music in our LC phone system. I like the LC Phone system and would prefer to use it over Twilio but I want the option to change the hold music

Need music-on-hold so customer does not think they get disconnected. Nothing fancy is needed, just simple music.

Same issue here. Clients always ask why their $50/month phone service had hold music but GHL doesn't. Makes the whole system feel incomplete when you're trying to position it as enterprise-level.
