On the desktop we are able to edit and display item details on invoices. However for invoices created using the mobile app we cannot add or edit item descriptions. (We can add notes but those don't show up on the invoice)

So if we create a custom item on the fly add a price and add notes explaining the item, it just shows up as "custom item" on the invoice which doesn't really tell the customer anything. It's even worse if you have to add 2 or more custom items.

Not showing product descriptions on mobile is killing our sales process.

We live in a mobile world. Most clients open estimates/invoices on their phones, but they only see product names—no details. This creates confusion, forces extra back-and-forth, and slows down approvals. We constantly have to explain service details manually. It’s a huge headache.

👇Please see photos below of High Level vs another software. If a client is looking at two competitor's estimates, you can't tell me one doesn't have a huge advantage over the other. With a simple description, it looks like you're getting more from one that the other.

This should be a basic feature. Showing both product names and descriptions on mobile is a must. GHL please add this ASAP!
