[Estimates] Product Descriptions Missing on Mobile View

We’re a home service business, and most customers view estimates on their phones. Without descriptions, clients don’t see the details of our services, causing confusion and extra back-and-forth.
Impact:
- Customers don’t get enough info to make decisions.
- Without detailed descriptions, clients may misinterpret what’s included. This leads to unnecessary complaints and wasted time.
Solution:
Show product descriptions on mobile, so clients understand exactly what they’re agreeing to when accepting an estimate.Log In

This is a serious problem. How can a customer agree to a $15,000 estimate if they CAN'T actually see what they are agreeing to. And to tell them they have to open it on a desktop! People do things on their phones!

This was previously working that if the customer turned their phone side ways in landscape mode then they could view the estimate fully. However, now there is not way to view estimate. This change has happened recently.

Yes, I was JUST creating this request for my client base as well that is home services. Seeing the description on Mobile is a must!

Becca Ellison Yup!!! It's not just home services too. It's ANY business that sends quotes over text. The receiving party will open it on their phone and never get to read the description.
