Dynamic pricing based on custom fields

A lead fills out a form/survey, indicating the square feet of their home needing new flooring. The funnel two step/one step payment and/or a proposal and/or an invoice automatically adjust the price based on the custom field for square footage (and a calculation in a workflow).

Hey guys, I actually got so annoyed waiting for a native solution to this that I ended up building a custom headless pricing engine to solve it for my own workflows.
It basically acts as a calculation layer outside of GHL. You pass it the custom fields (like Edward's RV length, or Daniel's flooring sq ft), it runs the deterministic math based on your rules, and then spits the exact dynamic price back out to the invoice or bot.
I recorded a quick Loom showing how the architecture works under the hood:
Happy to swap notes or show you guys how I set the webhooks up if anyone is currently stuck trying to build this!

For this, using tags and logic would solve: if you provide a trial period I would like for the same email address not to be able to use the trial period again.

Also custom / conditional / smart pricing based on tags, times etc:
ie current customer wants to book a service their price is 50 as they are a gold member tag, silver member tag charged 55 etc etc
Same for e-commerce, silver customer gets automatic 5% discount, gold customer 10% discount etc.
Service until 5.30pm is 50 but until 6pm is 55 etc etc meaning a bespoke pricing structure can be created.

I detail RVs and I charge by the foot, it would be awesome to that option Daniel H. Let me know if you have came up with anything?

Anyone have tried anything that worked? For some reason Chat GPT seems to think this achievable in GHL whereas GHL itself has no idea about it.

This seem like such a no brainer and GHL has all the elements to make this happen quickly.

I was coming here to see if a feature like this was possible. I was hoping to use it to adjust pricing dynamically depending on the traffic source of the viewer on a funnel.

could also be used in conjunction with a “ name your own price” product which is what we need in the donor scenario because donation checkout carts always have a space for “ other amount”
