Integrate other Phone system aside from Twilio

Our business is located in the Philippines and number for SMS is way very expensive $120 monthly, which is more than what we are paying for a starter plan. I know that this costing is under third party Twilio but could you allow other phone system to integrate which can be cheaper or SIP connector maybe like any other CRM have, or an API. Please.
