Inbound emails show up in conversations

I thought this was already created, but the people on chat think i'm crazy lol, so I'd like to have it so if anyone emails a two-way synced email, they are automatically added in conversations. That way any new contacts who message you first are added in there.

Have new emails from people who are not in the contact list already show in high level so that they are not missed, and not having to check both ghl and gmail constantly.

Agree this would be very handy. Even if there was a button within GMAIL or an email client thats within the portal - click to add client to GHL

Nope. I think it works with gmail but definitely not with outlook- even though GHL assured me in writing it would be complete by end of December…. Sigh…

Need true two way etching with both Gmail and MS outlook. It says it is but it’s a workaround at best and so inferior to salesforce active campaign. Zoho etc. I love so much about GHL but this issue is wasting me hours and lost opportunities each week and rethinking my choice and if I leave
