Make Test Emails More Streamlined

When sending a test email in the email template builder, it would be helpful to have the following enhancements:
- Ability to set a default From email address.
- Ability to multi-select Send Test To email from a smart list. And ability to set a default.
- Checkbox to default to the Template subject line with an automatically-added tag to the subject (e.g. "(TEST)").
