Default "From Name and Email" address should be the Assigned User for all outgoing emails/notifications

When a contact is assigned to a user, all outgoing messages (email/sms/chat/etc..) should always show the assigned user's information as default sender.
Seems like currently, if my marketing person creates the email campaigns, when emails are sent, logged in user's info is displayed to the recipients.
At the same time, all incoming messages should be sent to assigned user.
