Even better, make it default to send from the assigned user!

I've lost count of the number of times that I, as the 'agency owner' have sent a message to a customer from one of my own business.

I want to send from the assigned contact in that business, not from me as the agency owner.

As the moment, we have to log in as that user, just to send a quick message. It goes against the natural flow.
