Add a "test" button when sending Campaign emails

When I am writing a single bulk email as an email Campaign, the last screen lets me select who to send it to.
I would love a "test" field to be added here. So I can enter my email address, send a test, open it in my email client and check the links, images etc before I commit to sending it to everyone.
This is available when writing emails in a workflow - I'd like it to look and work the same as that.

We have recently release the capability to send test emails from the send or schedule screen.
The test emails also have defaults now.
