Can the client portal contain pluggable features i.e. make Memberships etc. visible only when selected (those who sell courses)?
Dental practices, lawyers, gyms, retail, and other local businesses, etc. can't benefit much from the new offering.
So can these new features be added to expand the usability features and be made available to all kinds of clients (and their customers)?
  • View and manage billing history, payment methods, invoices, and subscriptions
  • View and manage past and upcoming bookings
  • View (and maybe send) messages (integrated chat option with the location owner or assigned staff member)
  • Share documents
  • View, upload, download, and manage all documents
  • Sign estimates/proposals
  • Integrate forms and surveys for raising issues and collecting feedback etc.
  • View checklists (feature requested separately)
  • View Reports (agency clients only)
