When we reply to an email, the recipient gets just our reply but doesn't see the history of the original mail he sent. So if they ask what color you want for your new car, and you reply, "Red, please". The recipients get an email with just the text red please and will not know what you are speaking about. Would be nice to see the content of the original mail and the entire thread of the communication if there are several back and forward emails. All other email software I used so far had this by default, some we can activate or disable the history. Many of our partners complain if we delete the history of the conversation when we reply to emails... so we have to use another option, but we would like to use hL for all communications, including email as this global inbox from HL is amazing!
