Show when a user is typing to a lead to other users

Very often multiple users are responding to messages. When two users are both responding to the same lead, it is very common for a double message to be sent at the same time. A feature like iMessage or even slack that shows that another user is currently typing would be AWESOME! Doesn't even need to show who it is, just the heads up that someone else is currently typing!

To add, the contact page should show which users are also currently looking at that same contact page. This will stop users from changing data or contacting the lead at the same time.

This happens to us constantly. Two team members jump on the same lead and boom, duplicate responses. Even just a simple "someone is typing" indicator would save so much embarrassment with clients.
