Sometimes my team talks over each other because they didn't know someone else was already typing. I think this feature would really help when there are teams working inside the same account!

If we could have a automation action to 'show typing indicator' in a live chat widgit, that would be great when we are using AI to respond. Often, we set a delay to appear more human, so if we have a typing indicator, that would appear even more natural imo.

We have multiple people in our team and we answer leads as we go... It happened a few times that 2 people from our team answered the same lead at the same time.
The solution: show something (like 3 dots like in facebook messenger) live when your colleague is typing so that you know that this situation is happening...
