We've had a number of instances where team members have sent messages to a contact at the same time that make us look like idiots to the contact.
Because more than one of us is taking the conversation.
We need some signals to other logged in team mates.
  1. There is a draft or typing is being done by another user.
  2. Another user has this conversation open and it's an active tab (not something sitting idle and forgotten)
  3. And maybe even when there are more than 1 users on the conversation screen on submitting a message, it alerts you that someone else is active and doesn't actually send it but requires extra confirmation so that we can reach out to the other person and clarify before sending it
