Set a different default FROM field without changing Profile email

It looks like in order to change the default FROM field when sending emails, you must change the profile email (otherwise this needs to be manually changed each time).
Please have a way to change the default FROM email when drafting emails without needing to change the login email.

This is a huge issue for my clients. I have to use their personal email address for the user name so they can get verification messages outside of HL. When they click to email someone their personal email shows up as the from email. We should be able to either 1. Set a sub account from email. or 2. Set a separate from email address for each user that is different from the login email.

There needs to be a way to designate a single email address as the "From" email in conversations. Currently emails come from the email address of the logged in use that they use to access GHL. For some that is their personal email as their work email address is shared among a number of employees and therefore cannot use it to log in to GHL. Please fix this.

Yeah this is confusing for clients when emails come from random personal addresses instead of the business email they expect. We've had clients ask why they're getting emails from john.smith@gmail.com instead of support@theirbusiness.com.

Hi - I agree this would be beneficial. It's very helpful that we can set up a mailgun account to send emails from to keep them all in one thread, but then when I go to have a conversation, having to manually change the email every time is defeating the purpose of being able to automate so much within HighLevel. Thank you!
