I provide services to a legal lawyer and an institute that will handle everything from GHL, but not having this service represents a BIG problem for my clients.. I can't believe that it only synchronizes well with gmail and outlook and not with other providers. It's an urgent need!!!

I am unable to get the sync to work either. I've tried the two way sync and using the bcc address and neither work. This is a MAJOR issue for me as I'm dealing with legal issues where communication track is essential.

Same Problem here - in other CRM its easy to connect mails with IMAP and everything is working. In GHL the mail connection, settings etc is horrible. If you enable the email tracking, the replay-to mail is an not looking serious ghl-email with .us at the end. If youre living in europe its like a "Hey please sue me!"

Same issue here. Lost a few prospects because they weren't willing to switch from their current email setup just to use our system.

DEV TEAM: please add IMAP functionality. I have used CRM’s like yours for three decades and EVERYONE of them can add an IMAP/POP account including all modern apps – Bitrix, Notion, Zoho, whatever.

This is a crazy oversight and makes for expensive mail add-ons from Gmail and Outlook that bump up per seat costs where a customer may have their own email server (or third party mail services) for their own company. Now I have to tell such a customer to cancel their server and move over to GHL for hundreds of USD$ over and above GHL. I would not do it!
