Clients are asking for inbox capability where their email inbox is syncing with HL. Currently the email marketing feature is very outbound marketing focussed. Enabling a more "UX Friendly Inbox" like normal email accounts will allow client users to "work in the crm" natively rather than keep email accounts separately in Gmail / Outlook and then CRM.

This is a request to have an all-in-one email dashboard somewhere in communications so clients can route all their email channels (gmail, yahoo, pop3, other email) in to the dashboard so it can truly be all in one.
Kind of like outlook or the mail clients built in to our phones that pull email in from various sources.
Simple version would be where we can just set it up with pop3 or SMTP settings.
Even better would be gmail or Apple mail integrations, not required, but a nice integration for sure.

We purchased a domain through GHL.
Currently, there is no option to create an email address with an inbox and folders directly within GHL.
This makes using GHL as our domain provider impractical for us.
Please prioritize adding this feature—it would provide significant value.

Should be multiple inboxes. Every team member should be able to connect their inbox. Its literally the only communication feature in highlevel that doesnt meet other crm abilities.

yes, Pipedrive would show the email reply in the staff/recipient's inbox, so much better than just a notice that someone replied. Then our sales person has to find the conversation or opportunity and see what the response was in GHL instead of being able to see it in email. If email is linked it seems it would be simple to have the entire response appear in our inbox.
