Clients are asking for inbox capability where their email inbox is syncing with HL. Currently the email marketing feature is very outbound marketing focussed. Enabling a more "UX Friendly Inbox" like normal email accounts will allow client users to "work in the crm" natively rather than keep email accounts separately in Gmail / Outlook and then CRM.

yes, Pipedrive would show the email reply in the staff/recipient's inbox, so much better than just a notice that someone replied. Then our sales person has to find the conversation or opportunity and see what the response was in GHL instead of being able to see it in email. If email is linked it seems it would be simple to have the entire response appear in our inbox.

We purchased a domain through GHL.
Currently, there is no option to create an email address with an inbox and folders directly within GHL.
This makes using GHL as our domain provider impractical for us.
Please prioritize adding this feature—it would provide significant value.

There HAS to be a feature to check inbox and send emails. My client wants to leave High Level because they cannot email team members from the CRM about contacts and tasks.

Add Email Inbox for the domains that are purchased or transfered to GHL, so we don't have to make inbox in Zoho or other email inbox service.
Now, if we want an official email like emal@domain.com we have to use Zoho to create an inbox for it.
We can only use the dedicated email domain to receive emails on something like this email@lc.domain.com which is not pretty or trustworthy.

At least access to your existing email inboxes just like any other email client does and many crms do. Allows multiple email inboxes which means each user can have access to their own email as well as (if access given) shared boxes such as sales@example.com and their own john@example.com
Just pulling in the info from existing email inboxes should be pretty light on resources for ghl, and a really great benefit to the users. each email could in theory have a button to add the contact or an opportunity or both. ghl would just need to access the email inboxes just as any other email client does. then its just permissions.

We surely need this inbox so that clients don't leave GHL for checking email. Something like SalesInABox which is an email inbox provided by Zoho. All new emails are converted into contacts and all emails can be replied simply like any emal platform e.g. gsuite, microsoft 365.

Yes. We’re experiencing customers complaining about the email capabilities. They are saying it’s difficult to use, can’t sync the LC email with their email in the true sense, and the UI for emails is very poor and clunky.
The conversation UI needs a total revamp.
