Would be SUPER helpful if I could just click on the contact somewhere and if I have their instagram, to have it go directly to their instagram profile. Right now, I have to look them up manually on IG. But if I have their DM, I have their IG info. Just make it clickable :)

Good morning,
When I manage a conversation with a contact via Instagram, there is no way to directly access their profile in one click.
This is a real operational obstacle: I have to leave the conversation, open Instagram manually, search for the profile... when the information is already there.
What I propose: make the Instagram username clickable directly from the conversation view, to open the profile in one click (in a new tab).
It's a simple improvement, but it saves time with every interaction. For someone who manages 20, 50, or 100 conversations per week, that counts.

Such a pain point honestly. We're constantly switching between GHL and IG to check profiles when managing client conversations. Should be a simple link integration.
