After I send an email in ghl. I sometimes get asked if I can forward it to another email address and unfortunately I can not.

Carissa Bennett Harold Tan - Forward capability is available on New Conversations page , which can be enabled from Labs. Please turn on "CRM Redesign - Conversations and Contacts Page" from Labs to access this capability.

It's October 2025 now and this basic feature is still not available. I'm not sure if the GHL team are rethinking the whole Communication section of the platform but this little function could have been added months ago. Appreciate your hard work on many other amazing things you do.
