One feature that could greatly enhance our ability to communicate with clients and prospects is the ability to create group SMS chats. While multiple users can currently send SMS messages to a single contact, having the option to initiate a group chat would enable us to easily coordinate with multiple individuals and increase our chances of making meaningful touch points during the sales process. By integrating this functionality into our CRM software, we could streamline our messaging efforts and improve our overall efficiency.

Is this only available if group chats are initiated outgoing? We frequently have clients make introductions to us via text group chat, and the lack of this feature has kept us from using HighLevel.

Viewed in Conversations as a group thread AND ALSO shown in individual contact profiles inbox who are included in that group.

I need this so I can have all my conversations in one place. Group Chat with my clients is used with Google group chat. I Know GHL is so much more and our Tech department is investing a lot of time for conversions. Please push this to top priorty. Thanks for you efforts fellow HL users.
