This is crucial! We have an automation setup for our live chat support, if a user doesn't respond to the live chat query within a certain timeframe, it sends another automated message saying we'll be in touch, but if they do respond within the timeframe, that second automated message doesn't send, right now I have to add a tag to stop the automation firing, but having a "user replied" trigger will automate that
