Currently, the bot is great at responding to new leads but it hasn't been good at responding to customers who speak on various issues. It would be great to have the bot only respond to messages from people who have a certain tag so that we can leave the bot turned on 24/7.

It would be nice to have a bot that only responds if there are certain tags. This would be helpful for product-specific communication.
