Ability to Have Multiple Bots Active & Assigned to Different Chat Widgets

It would be incredibly beneficial to have multiple bots active simultaneously, with the ability to assign different bots to different chat widgets so that different departments (e.g., Sales, Support, Billing)/businesses within the same sub-account could have conversation AI bots tailored to their use-case.

Ability to assign Conversation AI bot to Specific Chat Widget

I have 3 websites, each with their own uniquely trained Voice AI Agent.
I also have 3 unique Chat Widgets, and like Voice AI, I'd like to assign a specific Conversation AI-trained bot to a specific Chat Widget.
We can have different Voice AI agents that don't require a "Primary" Voice AI Agent to be chosen, so why must we chose a Primary Conversation AI bots?

This is possible now—to select which Voice AI Agent to use within each All-in-One chat widget... but not possible to select which Conversation AI Agent (text, not voice)

That would be fantastic. I vote up!

I searched all over to get this working, only to find I could not. I too am a little confused as to why this isn't possible, unless this is the "skateboard" design. I would love to be able to assign a conversation AI bot to a specific chat widget, not just the channel. I have three sites under one brand. I train each Conversation AI differently and want them as chat bot on the respective sites. Critical!!!!

Brian Kelly We need more people to like this. Seems weird to be able to add many bots, but use ONLY one of them... Are we missing something here?

Kevin DeLong - And now they just announced a brand new feature called "Transfer Bot" that will transfer a conversation to another bot. But since we cannot seem to "segment" our individual bots ... how is this helpful? I'm going to try it to see if I can at least get the "primary" bot to transfer to another one that I've set up.

Brian Kelly That is odd... something not making sense.

And for different websites altogether. I have 5 websites, each with their own Chat Widget, and I'd like to assign a specific Conversation AI bot to a specific Chat Widget. We can have different Voice AI agents that don't require a "Primary" Voice AI Agent to be chosen, why not Conversation AI bots as well?
