Currently trying to setup the Conversation AI feature to launch Chatbot to handle FAQ and Appointment Scheduling for a location. Unfortuantely, currently the amount of workflow triggers that can be created is capped at 3! need the ability to add more triggers. There are a lot of workflows that I would like to be triggered in certain circumstances. For example, if a lead requests Spanish to the AI chat bot, I want it to be moved to an opportunity for Spanish leads where our Spanish-speaking reps can reach out and contact them. Similar for leads that are also just requesting a call in general! It surprises me that the cap is currently set so low at 3 as I can imagine the majority of users would have more than 3 scenarios where they would want a workflow triggered.
