It already exist in the Voice AI, but it doesn't show up in the Conversation AI menu . I would be great if it does so we can select working hours for the chatbot.

Avi Caccia Keith Besherse this is now possible in COnversation ai V3 .
in the flow builder , start with the if else node , and then create the flow of conversation , all within one workflow , multiple workflow are not needed .

Avi Caccia you still achieve this
create a workflow .
customer replied trigger
and then if else branch and create branches based on time
and then add the action = update conversation ai bot and status
and mark the bot inactive or active .thats it .
