It already exist in the Voice AI, but it doesn't show up in the Conversation AI menu . I would be great if it does so we can select working hours for the chatbot.

Agreed! This would be great to be able to set talking hour! My Conversation AI is acting as a Coach - so it is weird that it would be free to talk 24/7

Avi Caccia Keith Besherse this is now possible in COnversation ai V3 .
in the flow builder , start with the if else node , and then create the flow of conversation , all within one workflow , multiple workflow are not needed .

create a workflow .
customer replied trigger
and then if else branch and create branches based on time
and then add the action = update conversation ai bot and status
and mark the bot inactive or active .thats it .

Yes Most Businesses are open between 9 to 5pm or from 9am to 9pm. Just like workflows please disable the conversational AI for the time our business is closed and then pick up the chats in the morning when the office opens.
Is there anyway we can specify the time to enable disable automatically
