It would be a lot helpful if we can add a link as part of ai response right now its not clickable and we dont expect the customer to copy the url and paste it on a browser.

allow conversation ai to have clickable url response. for some reason urls are being treated as normal text inside bot chatbox area, customer needs to copy the link and paste it to a browser. it needs to be clickable.

When you correct the response of the bot and add a link that link is not clickable you dont expect the customer to copy that and open a new browser and paste the link we need to make it clickable

My team was able to get the bot response to include a clickable link! We used the "+Add Custom Value" and "Trigger Link" functions in the Bot Goals Prompt under Additional Information. It doesn't work in the "Test Your Bot" function but it works in real application.

Agree with Angelo on this
