The Ability to Respond to Emails as Your Client, So the Email will Show the Client's Name and Email Address

Scenario:
1) The business owner sent an email campaign using their name and email address.
2) A customer replies to the email campaign.
3) The business owner has their VA reply to the customer's email ( directly from the contact record )
4) The system automatically shows the reply as being from the business owner's email address, but unfortunately shows the VA's name.
Right now if a team member responds to an email directly from the contact record, their name will show instead of their client's name. Some business owners want their VAs to be able to have their own separate user profile, but be able to select an option to send a reply email to a customer by using their client's name and email address. Unfortunately, when we test this the team member's name shows on the email that the customer receives.
