Lock Column View

Currently we can filter which columns we want to see/hide on Contacts, however each time we refresh the page, this column view disappears and we have to do it all over again! there should be an option where we can save the column view we have so it stays like that unless changed again. Thanks

Yes, we need custom contact views for each user, and default number of contact views so we don't have to change it each time.

Allow users to customize and save their default column view in the Contacts section. This way, users can select which columns (e.g., “Type of Event,” “Tags,” “Source”) are always visible by default when they open the Contacts tab—without having to manually select them each time.

I fully support this request — we work with different column views in the contact list every day (e.g. date of birth, lead source, last activity), and it's really frustrating that these settings aren't saved.
Especially if several team members work regularly with GoHighLevel, it would be extremely helpful if you could save your own column views and switch them over as needed — as is usual in other CRM systems.
Ideas for implementation:
Save column view + assign a name (e.g. “telephone team”, “lead qualification”, “birthday list”)
Choose between “personal view” and “team view”
Automatic saving of the last column setting per user
That would be a real productivity booster — please prioritize! 🙏

Being able to view different columns when you view your contact list is good, but having to redo it each time is a huge pain!

100% agree with that... like maybe a smartlist option or something or just a default option to always show certain columns would be a big time saver.
