Include feature to fallback to an alternate variable input on e-mails when data isn't available. For example, in an e-mail where you want to put Hi (name), as the greeting, but not all contacts in high level have a name, you can include a fallback i.e., Hi (name,fallback=Friend),

I'd love to simply have this:
{{contact.first_name || "there"}}
Instead, I need to create an entire workflow just to place a fallback value. Now a lot of my contacts are called 'there'.
Or I have to add an if node and create multiple email templates.
This would be amazing to have.
