Fallback variables

Include feature to fallback to an alternate variable input on e-mails when data isn't available. For example, in an e-mail where you want to put Hi (name), as the greeting, but not all contacts in high level have a name, you can include a fallback i.e., Hi (name,fallback=Friend),

How does this not exist

I can't believe this feature doesn't exist. This is the kind of thing that prevents me from being confident enough in GHL to sell it over Hubspot to larger clients.

Well if they are going to do this then they can definitely do all types of variables. Let's say default fall back variables and randomized variables. Email marketing and its algorithm for sure detects the same "sales" email and will be marked as spam, this will help our emails vary from every email we sent in a drip.
Example:
Hi John,
I hope that you're doing well. I'm trying to reach you earlier and you missed my phone call. {{Are you available later today? | Does 4 or 5 PM works? | Can I call you back later today?}}
---
As you can see in this example you have 3 randomized options.

Super User: random would be cool too but I think Fallback is more important to get first.

How is this still not possible? It's a pretty basic feature in any tool that does email automation.

yes this is super important! please let us add a "default" fallback in case the custom field is not populated.
Hey {{contact.first_name}}, how are you doing today?
turns into:
Hey there, how are you doing today?
if we don't have a First Name on file for the contact. Thank you!
