Currently the only default SmartList is All. Any other SmartLists are admin-defined for the unique purposes of that location account. And that 100% makes sense.

However, when I flag a contact as Spam, that means they remain in the All SmartList so the system knows what to do with it the next time something comes in with those Contact Details. What I have done is create a Not Spam SmartList which is my actual working "all contacts" list. It would be great to have a SmartList that doesn't remain front-and-center for storing the contact data of people we never want to interact with.
