When using the shortcut icon to add a contact it basically only allows for name, phone, and email then if you want to add address or anything else you have to save the contact then go find them in contacts to open and add additional contact info. Give option in add contact form to add additional contact info or a button that says "save and add more info" that opens the contact record automatically.

It’s important to allow custom contact deduplication based on a custom field, not just by email or phone number in the settings.
For example, in Europe we often use the VAT Number as a unique identifier for businesses. In B2B contexts, it’s common to have multiple contacts from the same company, but we still need to identify whether a specific field (like the VAT Number) should be treated as a primary or secondary field for deduplication purposes.
Please consider adding this option to the system as a secondary deduplication setting.

Pallavi Kothari, this is a great improvement! I'd like a button in the Client Portal section of Actions which links to Memberships > Courses > Analytics > Member Analytics > [that Contact's record]
The member profile in the Client Portal should have the same button for Admins (and Moderators when we get that level) but not the member or other members.

Need to add company in this as well. I do business to business. Adding the business separately then later assigning the business to the contact after editing the contact is brutal. That is 4 steps. Way too much. Needs to be quick, especially for sales people on the go.

This (too few contact fields in the form) is the main problem with the business card scanner. The OCR function works fine. As a minimum, a "first note" field and the tags dropdown would be helpful.

As discussed with Pallavi Kothari, being able to add both standard and custom fields to the Add Contact function will be highly valuable. The tags field and a first note plus the Contact Source field will make the business card scanner truly powerful.
Trigger a workflow off either Contact Type or Tag = business card.
Action: "It was great meeting you at {{Contact.Source}}. I look forward to continuing the conversation about {{Contact.Note}}."

Many of my clients are complaining about when they add their customers manually with is only 3-5% of the time. They just can't add the address directly from the add contact page, they would have to add them, then use their computer or laptop and go into contacts and then add the address which is to be honest not practical at all especially when the software makes everything easier on users!! So I would for you guys to support this idea so we can help our clients and everyone using the GHL Software. Thanks.
