Rather than removing a contact from an active workflow and then re-adding them, which requires starting over, is there a way to simply pause their status and then resume it after a set number of days or upon a specific trigger?

Pause Campaign and Pause Capability are like this one - pause an individual contact in the automation but with the option to continue later.
Pause sequence is about waiting for the assigned user to mark a task as complete before allowing the individual contact (or opportunity) to continue through workflow.
Global Pause is about pausing every workflow for the duration of a calendar day.

Keith Besherse Good call, they are def different. Hopefully they can work on all of them around the same time since similar. These will be so helpful, especially in pausing a contact until you are ready to have them continue.
